JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development and Marketing Administrative Assistant will work closely with and provide support to the Business Development and Marketing team in order to maximize sales earnings, profitability and maintain a positive and professional brand to potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. The individual in this position is charged with facilitating administrative needs for the department, will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Team to support the necessary preparation and development of client deliverables, scheduling calls and in-person meetings, and corresponding with potential and existing clients as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update and maintain CRM database on a daily basis; Salesforce
  • Coordinate and schedule calls and meetings; prepare meeting notes and facilitate follow-up tasks as appropriate
  • Initiate and respond to client requests
  • Set-up and launch email communication through marketing automation system; Pardot
  • Manage calendar and travel itineraries
  • Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports
  • Performs market research to identify new business
  • Assist and organize marketing materials, presentations and meeting agendas
  • Support general marketing tasks
  • Managing communicating follow-up items from client calls
  • Handle confidential information
  • Track all invoices and expenses against budget, and process expense reports
  • All other duties requested by the Business Development and Marketing team
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Must be extremely detailed oriented
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Communicate clearly and effectively at all times in verbal and written form
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software a plus; Salesforce or equivalent platform
  • Self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner required with dealing with employees and clients.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through written and oral communication, and the ability to work well within a team environment. Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
